Owner Testimony- Our property was challenging to build on, with large native trees that we kept and elevation that sloped unevenly down from our street to the Guadalupe River. With a civil engineering firm, Trampus carefully designed and laid the house foundation to be above FEMA’s designated flood zone. Trampus followed our designer’s detailed plans exactly in building and finishing the house. Trampus also built our river landing in compliance with Comal County Engineers Office permit requirements. My wife and i love enjoying the house together with family and friends.
